Enjoy the FSO and its Fénix tour: More than 60 concerts in 30 cities
What will the new Phoenix Tour program be like?
After more than a year suffering from the limitations of the pandemic, the Film Symphony Orchestra finally returns to the stages throughout Spain with a new FÉNIX tour: an exciting show around the best film music that represents the resurgence of life, art and culture.
A slap, a roar, a spectacular musical journey through a new selection of the most iconic soundtracks that the seventh art has left us.
What soundtracks will be included on the Fénix tour?
FÉNIX will be a tour to be reborn, and therefore, coinciding with the premiere of Matrix Resurrections, the orchestra will include in its program the legendary original title, Matrix, in a tribute to the revolutionary OST that Don Davis left us and that was a source of inspiration for, among other things, the emblematic costumes of the director of the FSO.
A tour in which Constantino Martínez-Orts will once again take us hand in hand with great scores such as the “Oscar-winning” Beauty and the Beast, with which Alan Menken won two of his eight Oscars in 1992 (best song and best soundtrack), Life is Beautiful, by Nicola Piovani, Oscar for best score in 1998; The Lord of the Rings trilogy that catalyzed Howard Shore's Academy Award win in 2002; or the masterful West Side Story, for which the enormous Leonard Bernstein received the statuette for best orchestration in 1961 and of which we are now celebrating the 50th anniversary.
A program full of optimism that celebrates the resurgence of life with titles such as:

Furthermore, we want to give as much prominence as possible to our great colleagues during this long period of confinement, in which we have spent a lot of time at home... The series! You will be able to enjoy the magnificent series soundtracks as The Mandalorian, The Bridgertons either The A team.

When does the new FSO Phoenix Tour start?
He first concert of the Fénix tour will take place in one of the places we like the most… The National Auditorium of Madrid! On Sunday, October 10.
After this beginning, we will continue with our tour throughout Spain, passing through all the cities and auditoriums we can to enjoy the best soundtrack music with all of you.
In short, a great tour with the best essence of FSO that will once again reach more than 30 cities throughout Spain, in addition to Porto and Lisbon, which will start on October 10 in Madrid and will continue until June 2022 with nearly 60 concerts. and of which tickets for the first dates are already available.
