2 Information and consent

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user is informed and gives their free and unequivocal consent so that the personal data provided through the website is processed by FSO.

3 Obligation to provide the data

All the personal data that we request from you through the web or through other support, are mandatory, (unless the opposite is specified in the required field) to fulfill the established purposes, not being possible to register on the Website if you do not You provide us with complete data, notwithstanding that you can freely view the content of the Website.

By entering data on the website, the user guarantees that he is over fourteen (14) years old and that the data provided is true, exact, complete and up-to-date, undertaking to notify FSO of any type of modification that occurs in the data that have facilitated.

4 What is the purpose of the processing of your data by FSO?

The personal data provided by the user will be processed for the following purposes:

1) Make the user registration effective to allow them access to the products and services that we can offer them. In particular the sale of concert tickets and registration for the "summer camp"

2) Manage the sending of commercial communications about products, services, promotions, offers, loyalty campaigns, events, news, recommendations or communications from FSO or commercialized by FSO through the different communication channels at your disposal, including electronically or telematic, unless the user states otherwise by checking the corresponding box or sending an email to the address contact@filmsymphony.es.

3) Send commercial communications by FSO from third parties if the user authorizes it by checking the corresponding box, and which can also be revoked by sending an email to contact@filmsymphony.es.

5 What is the legitimacy of the treatment?

The processing of user data is based on the express consent that is requested and that you accept and which you may object at any time. The consents obtained for each of the purposes are independent, so the user may revoke only one of them, without affecting the others. The legitimacy of the processing of your personal data may also come from the concept of legitimate interest that the company may have based on the regulations established in the legislation that is applicable to the case.

6 What is the term of conservation of the personal data of the users?

In those cases in which the user provides an FSO with evident third party data that has been informed and obtained the prior consent of said person so that their personal data is processed by FSO. In the event that FSO is convicted of unauthorized treatment, it reserves the right to pass on certain limitations to the user who provides the data without the prior consent of the owner.

10 What are the security measures that FSO will apply?

FSO will treat the user's data at all times in an absolutely confidential way and keeping the mandatory duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the effect the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the data security and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, account of the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are affected.
