FSO Film in Concert

In 2015, FSO brought the world premiere of Back to the Future in Concert to Spain. Film Symphony Orchestra performed the original soundtrack as the cult classical was projected on the big screen. This was one of the first instances of live soundtrack performance in Spain at the time.

In November 2016, the FSO was honoured to perform the music from Disney’s Frozen live at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid, and Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, for an audience made of up of our youngest music lovers.

Thanks to the broad experience of our orchestra, and particularly of our conductor Constantino Martínez-Orts, the FSO is carving a niche in offering these kinds of concert experiences in Spain. Maestro Martínez-Orts is specialised in the methods of synchronised orchestral conducting which bring these types of performances to life, such as click-track and streamers & punches.
