TECHNICAL INDICATIONS

• Reusable hygienic mask (25 washes).
• Triple layer mask.
• Outer Layer: Water-repellent and antibacterial finished fabric, 100% Polyester.
• Intermediate layer: TST filter.
• Inner layer: water-repellent and antibacterial finish, 100% Cotton.
• Individual bagging.
• Protects the respiratory tract from polluting agents.
• Adjustment with elastic fixation and "adaptable twist" clip in the nose area for greater adjustment and effectiveness.
• Made with fabrics certified in the EN 14683:2019 + AC:2019 standard, certified according to the European technical specifications CEN-CWA-17553:2020 and the Spanish UNE 0065/2020, which establishes the minimum requirements that reusable hygienic masks must meet in as to the materials used for its design, manufacturing, manufacturing, marking, use and level of protection and breathability.
• Important: this product is not personal protective equipment (PPE), nor a medical product. It is carried out according to regulations 0065:2020 and 17553:2020, for the protection of the population against COVID-19. Therefore, it should not be used by exposed health professional personnel.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• The mask must be washed before first use.
• Use the mask correctly according to health regulations.
• It does not protect 100% from contagion of the virus from people who are exposed.
• It is not a medical device.

TEST RESULTS

• Bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) (%) (section 5.2.2 of Standard EN 14683:2019 + AC: 2019 under UNE 0065/2020) > 96% effectiveness in UNE EN149 test (minimum >90%).
• Breathability: Differential pressure (Pa/cm2) (3pw 5.2.2 of Standard EN 4683>2019 + AC>2019) From >36.0 to >49.9 after its useful life, AST1 Test (required <60).

REGULATIONS OF USE

Placement

•  Before touching the mask, you should wash your hands with soap and water or a hydroalcoholic solution.
• Identify the upper part of the mask, secure with the elastic adjustments, bring it close to the face, at the height of the nose, covering the nose, mouth and chin.
• Fasten the harness on both sides of the ears, without crossing them.
• Adjust the nose clip to your nose, pinching it with 2 fingers to secure it. You must check that the mask is correctly placed, to do this it is necessary to verify the seal and absence of respiratory discomfort.
• Once adjusted, the mask should not be touched with your hands. If it is necessary to touch the mask, hands must be disinfected again.

Mask removal

To avoid contamination when removing the mask, follow these steps:

• If you are wearing gloves, get rid of them.
• Wash your hands with soap and water or a hydroalcoholic solution.
• Remove the mask by inserting your fingers into the elastic adjustment, pulling it, without touching the front part.
• We will finish the process once the mask is stored and washing our hands again with soap and water or with a hydroalcoholic solution.

Washing and drying

WASHED: For reuse, it must be machine washed at 60°, DO NOT use bleach, allow ironing at 140° for 10-15 seconds, wash with neutral detergent.
You should not use aggressive products that could degrade or damage the materials, thus reducing their protective capacity.
Contact between a dirty mask (to be washed) and clean clothing should be avoided. The person who is carrying out the washing function must protect themselves to handle dirty masks.

DRYING: Allow to air dry completely within 2 hours after washing, it must be completely dry before reuse. Check the mask visually, checking its good condition to continue using it. If deformation or wear is detected, it should be discarded.
DO NOT USE A MICROWAVE OVEN to dry or sanitize the mask.

Mask removal

• The water-repellent and antibacterial treatment to which the fabric has been subjected has been tested, and a loss of effectiveness has been proven after washing 25. Discard it after that number of washes or if you see any signs of wear.
• To dispose of the masks, they must be placed in a double bag to avoid contamination if the outer bag is torn. They must be deposited in a container provided with a bag and preferably with a lid and mechanical opening.

Special instructions:

• For reasons of comfort and hygiene, it is recommended not to use the mask for more than 4 hours. If it becomes damp or deteriorates due to use, it is recommended to replace it with another one.
• The mask should not be used if it is dirty or damp, it should be washed.
• If it is to be stored temporarily, contact with any surface should be avoided.
• It should NOT be placed in a holding position ON THE FOREHEAD or UNDER THE CHIN during and after use.

Use in children

At all times the placement and removal of the mask must be supervised by an adult.
