The first FSO Big Band concert is here… Film music to the rhythm of Jazz!

It will be on September 13 at the Festival de Los Concertos de la Muralla in Alcalá de Henares, there is a lot left but tickets are already on sale

But what is FSO Big Band? In 2017 we created a new show that unites what we like most in the world: music and cinema, but not just any music, but a style that will never go out of style, Jazz. It is made up of 17 musicians and two singers, a female and a male voice and a unique master of ceremonies who will surely sound familiar to you… Constantino Martínez Orts! It is a different group with a repertoire that brings together, under the common thread of cinema, famous jazz composers, such as Benny Goodman or Henry Mancini, with classical masters, such as John Barry or John Williams, Johnny Williams in his unknown "early & jazzy days».

Set in the golden years of Hollywood, we premiere a new show based on the first hot jazz and swing dance bands. A journey to the best moments of jazz in the history of cinema. La La Land, Breakfast at Tiffany's, James Bond 007, The Pink Panther, Mission Impossible, Chicago... These are some of the songs that can be heard at the first FSO Big Band concert.
