As we told you the other day on social networks, Film Symphony Orchestra has recorded its first soundtrack.
For us it is a big step (or rather, leap) forward. A very exciting project that serves as a starting point for a new path that we never want to see come to an end.
The film in question is 'Bikes', by Manuel J. García. A 3D animated film that you cannot miss (and not only because of its soundtrack...).
We share with you some photos from the recording:
“A HISTORICAL MOMENT FOR FSO”
As our director Constantino Martínez-Orts says, “in Spain we have musicians of the highest quality, technically and artistically trained to record our soundtracks. If we want to create a solid film industry in Spain, our cinema must commit to recording more soundtracks with private Spanish orchestras such as the Film Sympony Orchestra. The musical process of a soundtrack does not conclude when the composer composes the music, but with the musician who records it.
The FSO had been waiting a long time for a project like this. “We are very happy with the result, it has been a very positive experience and we are sure that this will be the first of many soundtracks that we record,” commented Martínez-Orts.
Furthermore, this collaboration can serve as an incentive for many directors of Spanish productions to trust quality national orchestras.
ARGUMENT FROM 'BIKES'
As a fan of the movie CARS and a follower of its creator John Lassater, Manuel J. García decided to make a bicycle movie, “I have always liked bicycles.” "If before
“It was cars with CARS or airplanes with PLANS, why not BIKES?” .
'Bikes The Movie' is the first official Spain – China co-production. It is a fun story for the whole family, a clear example of coexistence between our cultures. The Western and Asian characters live together in a city called Spokesville, an idyllic city that one day the explosion engine changed forever.
With this film, in addition to entertaining viewers, the aim is to send a message to the world of coexistence, peace, freedom and, above all, the fight against pollution and defense of the environment.
Do you need more reasons to see the movie? 😉
