How long does the show last?

Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 15-20 minute intermission.

Is it suitable for young children?

We recommend a minimum age of 5 years. All attendees, including minors, require their own ticket. Not recommended for photosensitive individuals due to the use of lighting effects.

Can I exchange or return my tickets?

What do I receive when I buy (tickets, QR code, email)?

You will receive confirmation and/or your tickets in the format specified by the ticketing company (usually an e-ticket/QR code via email or download). If you have any issues, the ticketing company will handle purchase support.

Is it a concert or is a film being shown?

It is a live symphonic concert (live music and performance). It may include lighting and visual elements depending on the production. It is not a movie screening with the full film.

Are there any singers?

The show includes artists on stage (musicians and singers) and a spectacular staging.

Do we need to arrive early?

Please be punctual. Entry to the auditorium will not be permitted once the performance has begun, until the scheduled intermission. We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes early.
